Following our highly successful use of ‘Drama Based Safety’ within Keepmoat in Q2 this year, Keepmoat senior management have decided that this should be adopted as a ‘best practice approach’ for cascading key EHS messages throughout their contracting partners.
We are now developing a new programme based on the potential conflict between the client tendering process and the deployment of high EHS standards from the successful contractor. We’re also looking forward to expanding this advanced approach to communicating key EHS messages throughout our extensive client base over the coming year.
