Our first step was to bring together EHS professionals from Siemens Gamesa and the pre assembly supply chain in Vejle, Denmark, to discuss the principles and techniques of behaviour change. Some of the myths and misunderstandings of effective behaviour change are being exposed and everyone is settling on a way forwards that is both practical and based on proven behavioural science. This is SGRE&#8217;s chance to make sure they get this right from the start and are able to fully engage with the site team and contracting partners to achieve the best possible safety performance on the Borssele project.
