For organisations with more mature safety cultures and with existing behaviour based safety approaches our role is usually to act purely as a best practice consultant.<\/p>\n
This will usually involve a simple and rapid assessment phase followed by a gap analysis. This analysis will then be turned into a performance improvement plan by the client and with our assistance to highlight as many cost effective short term improvements as possible.<\/p>\n
Many of our clients have been deploying behaviour based safety for more than 25 years and our relationship has developed around ensuring that they continue to benefit from their approach whilst making appropriate changes to take their performance to the next level.<\/p>\n
