Safety culture by its very nature is a unique aspect of a unique organisation so to develop an effective approach it must be designed around a deep understanding of the organisational \u2018context\u2019.<\/p>\n
Typically the best placed people to know what will work best for their existing safety culture is the client management themselves. This is why in the design and implementation of a behaviour based safety approach we work in partnership with our client to achieve something that we know will work.<\/p>\n
Our role is to use our extensive experience in behavioural science, change management and safety to guide the design and implementation process for the greatest benefit to the client in the shortest possible time.<\/p>\n
